Machine Description

This machine is a traditional stack-type printing machine that adopts flexible photosensitive plates as the base material, anilox rollers for transferring ink, and liquid ink for printing. Thanks to the traditional machine structure, this machine is suitable for printing on packaging materials such as polyethylene, cellophane, and roll paper etc. It is an ideal printing equipment for producing food packaging, supermarket handbags, vest bags, and clothes bags, etc.

1. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, ensuring stable production perfomance

2. The lifting up and down of printing cylinder is controlled pneumatically; printing inkwill be stirred by motor when the printing cylinder lifts up.

3. Adopts reliable drying system coordinated with high-speed rotation, which willautomatically break circuit when the machine stops.

4. High-precision planetary gear ensuring 360" continuous longitudinal colorregistration, coordinated with motor-driven jogging device, makes printing effectmore exquisite.

5. Equipped with ceramic anilox roller with chambered doctor metal blade (or metalanilox roller with chambered doctor plastic blade), as well as ink pump circulation.
