In the selection of raw materials and parts, Jiangsu Fangbang Machinery strictly controls and cooperates with high-quality suppliers, and adopts high-quality materials and parts, which ensures product quality.

Raw Materials

Main machine wall panels and other important parts are made of OT500-7 ductile cast iron; transmission gears are made of 38CrMnAl steel with a hardness of 45-50HRC.

The castings are aged for no less than 10 months to achieve permanent molding

Grade 5 and 6 machining accuracy with five-station one-piece molding.

Electric Motor Fittings

Electronic components from international brands such as Siemens, Nordson, Yaskawa, and Beckhoff are used.

The laboratory is equipped with German Zeiss (ZEISS) coordinate measuring machines and other testing equipment, effectively guaranteeing the processing accuracy and testing accuracy of spare parts.
